A highly effective, bio-enzymatic solution designed to digest and neutralize heavy organic malodors rather than just masking them. It contains non-pathogenic bacteria that break down proteins, grease, and waste at the source.
Quick Dilution Guide
Always mix the concentrate with warm water to activate the enzymes. Do not mix with hot water, bleach, or disinfectants, as these will kill the beneficial bacteria and ruin performance.
- Standard Odor Control (1:10 Ratio): Mix 12 oz (355 mL) per gallon of warm water. Use this for general mopping, wiping hard surfaces, or spraying bins.
- Heavy-Duty Odor Control (1:1 Ratio): Mix equal parts concentrate and warm water. Use this for intense organic spills or heavily soiled areas.
- Drain and Plumbing Maintenance (Undiluted / Neat): Pour 4 oz (118 mL) directly down the drain for every 2 inches (5 cm) of pipe diameter. Apply at the end of the day to let it sit and digest organic buildup.
